Why work 1‑to‑1?

Group classes are wonderful, but a private session is the fastest, most thorough way to learn. Your teacher watches every repetition, adjusts the springs and your alignment in real time, and writes you a short plan to take into the rest of your week. Most clients book a handful of privates before, or alongside, joining group classes.

Common reasons clients book privates

  • · Recurring lower back, neck or shoulder pain — working alongside a physio or GP.
  • · Pre and post‑natal Pilates, including diastasis recti and pelvic floor support.
  • · Sport‑specific conditioning for runners, cyclists, golfers and riders.
  • · A confident, unhurried introduction to the reformer before joining group classes.
  • · Couples or duet sessions — two people, one teacher, two reformers.
